Firstly, I send them an email

Then I speak over the phone to this guy

Then I send a fax

Then I sent more mails (cause the fax aint good enough) - and now they wont
take Visa and want a Money Transfer.

Then I send another fax with a Purchase Order and details, and all my visa
details (to get a few sample advance units)

Then they tell me where to jump

Yep - fekkers
