X10 Corruption ?

I bought some X10 filters - so now Comfort X10 is getting received by
HomeSeer. But I think the x10 signals being produced by Comfort are being
corrupted.

Here is a sample log. You can see that C10 and C11 (the Comfort PIRs) are
sending the right signals . But only sometimes. Most of the time, they seem
to be sending as the B code rather than C. I have some normal X10 RF PIR's
(up to B8). B10 and B11 dont exist. This ONLY starts once I put the filters
in place.

Anyone seen this before ?
