Anyone in the Glasgow area looking for a TiVo I just got one from Currys in Airdrie for 99.87. They said they had a couple left and one on display. With that in mind mine will be in its box for the next 3-4 weeks while I am staying with my folks. So the question is am I better hacking it right away, before it is even powered for the first time or waiting for the warranty to run out and doing it then Sean
