denon 1803 price

hi all,

about to order my first a/v receiver, a denon avr1803. after a narrow
escape today with a sherwood at richer sounds for 250, i've found
unbeatable are doing this for 298. compared with all other places, this
seems a steal but before i order i thought i'd check that 1) it is the
best price/delivery (7-14 days) and 2) it is the best amp for the
price,
without starting an amp war :)

oh, and any recommendations for a dvd player to go with this, not too
expensive please, i've already gone a bit higher than i had planned!
i'm
not a big home theatre buff, just want to watch the odd film really.
