If you can use the BNC as RGB then this should be better because it will
give you a direct drive picture, which will be better quality *and* PAL
and NTSC will both work through it, so you wont have to have 2 routes,
one for PAL and one for NTSC.

I don't know much about BNC connections at all.... are there just 3 or
are there 5 (RGB plus 2 sync connections)..? I'll leave it to someone
who knows better to advise in more detail, but I'm pretty sure I've seen
scart to a bundle of BNC cables.
