Hi all,

After several tests I have found the solution for the LM12 Lamp Module unreliability (self powering, not dimming correctly, flashing light, etc.).
If you change the 220uF/25V capacitor with a 2200uF/25V one everything work like a charm.
No more false commands, no more trouble. (I have to say that I use it at 220V, not at 240V as in UK)
For more details send me a mail directly.

Now I have another problem.
Can someone tell me how the DIM/BRI must work with this module?
This is what I have now:
- the module must be first switched 'ON' in order to be able to use DIM/BRI commands(this is well known)
- when it is ON, if I try to send several DIM commands at 20% it dims each time with 20%, so if I send 5 times this command, the LAMP dims to 0%. The same thing happen with the BRI commands.
- when the lamp is dimmed at a value, let's say 50%, the ON command does not work. It must be first switched OFF.
- I cannot send DIM/BRI commands with  more than 40%.. the system failed to send the command, but I can use more 20% DIM/BRI commands to get the expected result.

This is something normal with this type of module?

Best regards and Merry Christmas to all of you.

Dan
