ISDN S0 bus twin faceplate

Anyone have any idea how much an S0 bus faceplate costs, and who sells
them? I've just had a bill through from BT and they've charged me 138
quid for fitting an extension to my ISDN 2e NTE at the time of
installation. Bear in mind that the cable had already been run by the
builders and all he had to do was punch down the cable into the back of
the faceplate and screw it on to the wall - ten minutes total. I want to
ring up BT tomorrow and tell them to come and take away their kit 'cos I
ain't paying 138 quid for it!

Tim
