RE: OT Mums lights......



I thought after I posted the mail I should have stated more clearly the 2 I have are old, they are bigger than a 100w bulb and are a lot heavier. Maybe old technology?

The 2 I have are of a "folded" fluorescent strip light but surrounded in a heavy glass enclosure so looks like a big rectangular bulb with an bayonet connector on the end and this glass is what makes it heavy.

They shouldn't be big and heavy, they are normally just a bit longer than a
normal bulb and not very heavy, in fact the small ones are probably no
bigger than a bulb.
