RE: OT Mums lights......



Is that right? they stick out sort of down and out, still in still air though.

What are high efficiency lamps? are they expensive?

Problem with my mum is she lives on her own and can not reach them to change them....so I want to make things easier for her.

The problem is that lamps are designed to hang straight down in free air not
on their side as in most 3 lamp fittings using a dimmer will extend lamp
life as will fitting high efficiency lamps which can operate in any
orientation.
