PC Motion Detection Software

I have the Trust PCI 4 input video card, which came with Trust e-
Guard software to record movement. The app is fine, but very basic, 
and cannot email or otherwise notify on movement detection. The 
detection works and saves frames of the video, but I need a better 
package that can send email and/or SMS etc.

Can anyone help? I have trawled the web and found nothing so far. I'd 
rather not scrap the card, but if that is the best option then can 
anyone recommend a better 4 input camera and sofware solution?
