Not sure if this is wind up, but ironically my ADSL went down on Wednesday<= BR>
No reason, no configuration changes, just threw up an internal
authentication error

After a combined 2 hours on the support phone line, reinstalling drivers, hard resets,
Upgrading the OS, checking for billing problems, checking line tests and al= l
I'm now
At the situation that an ADSL test on my line has revealed that there is &q= uot;an
ADSL
phasing error" which has resulted in this being referred to the engine= ers
with a 48 hour
report back time offered to me.

I unplugged all the other phone line devices, filters, TiVo, etc but never<= BR> thought about Xmas lights...

Does anyone know what an ADSL phasing error is???

Apparently some flashing lights can cause interference with the ADSL and cause disconnections.
