RE: Home networking without NetBUEI



Thanks for everyone's help so far, I removed NetBUEI last from all machines,

Yeap got those, can now see the Internet, and Homeseer via the web browser,
and can connect to each pc using \\192.168.1.x\sharename but cannot resolve
the names to \\computername\sharename

However, the connection is much better, I say this as I had been getting
file connection errors when copying files before and opening PST files held
on the network but now its fine.

So how do I resolve the names (this is a nice to have, as SWMBO would find
it easier to use - afterall she named the computers :-)
