A proxy is a system through which you can connect to the internet and can
be at the provider side.
If the proxy cannot resolve the name of the AutoM8it site  then you
need to enter the IP address in order to connect to it...
In the Internet Explorer on the WIn2K computer, go to Tools > Internet
Options > Connections > LAN Settings and check if "Use a proxy
server for your LAN...." is selected.
