In one of the current 'gadget' type catalogues there is = a pair of scales
that have a remote display linked by radio - previously I have seen a model=
with a small umbilical cord type arrangement allowing the display to be
mounted on the wall - these would probably be ideal for linking to a PC or<= BR> similar in that I am fairly sure the data would be serial in nature.

I can get the catalogue details of the radio linked one = if anyone's
interested - they weren't expensive about =A339 from memory.

I have been after the same, and it on my project list - if you find<= BR>   anything useful please let me know! I plan to modify a set of
electronic scales with an LED display from Argos -- LED is easier to=
interface electrically than LCD, and are likely to be multiplexed,   and connect to a Rabbit to provide a direct ethernet interface.
