There is a UKHA_Networking group specifically for the Network aspecs of HA,
I can't vouch for it's current use, as I dropped from the list a looooong
time ago.

On the direct question, go pure TCP/IP, there's no need for Netbeui. I would
suggest that the choice between W2K and XP as a server is an easy one.. "use
Linux", or rather, use Linux if you are a happy tinkerer...

I would personally suggest getting a copy of Mitel's SME Server (from
www.e-smith.org) as an *incredibly* easy to setup and administer Linux
Distro, which does everything a W2K box does, and then some!!
