Re: Garage door openers for side-open doors ??



Could not see the details on the photo very well so I assume you have two
single doors with a post up the middle. If this is the case fit an operator
to each door with only one arm of the swing converter, a dual channel
transmitter and hey presto. If the operators are set up correctly the
opening onto a car should be no problem as the door will hit the bumper and
stop. The other option would be to install induction loops under the drive
in front of the doors to sense the presence of a vehicle.
