I have a Pentium 200 with 128MB RAM running win2k server, and
Exchange 2000.  It's fine, and even has Office 2000 installed.  You
wouldn't want to do anything intensive on it, but for word
processing, emails, and as a server, it's great.  It even runs my web
sites, DNS, etc.
