Well, my experience would suggest otherwise.

Why are you running Advanced Server on 64MB RAM? What features of AS do
you need? If you are intent on running on 64 MB of RAM you should be
running regular Server.

You are running a piece of software that costs thousands of pounds on
RAM that costs less than a =A35. That is "rubbish".
