Sorry for delay, was off work yesterday (the dreaded annual Xmas shop!)

The sequence of messaging is controlled by yourself via your web
account - simply input your 'Contacts' details and choose which
order you want them messaging in.

The false alarm check is a call to the property to make sure that
the alarm hasn't been set off by accident. If it's a false alarm,
resetting the alarm panel stops the messaging sequence. If the alarm
panel is not reset, messages are sent out to Contact 1.

Messages are sent out to Contact 1 as email, voice and/or text message
(you decide which). If Contact 1 fails to respond (by replying as
prompted in the message), the alerts are sent out to Contact 2 and so on. <= BR>
Exceptions (aren't there always some!), are Fire alarms or panic alarms, when
the messages are sent out to ALL your contacts immediately - these are
deemed
potential life threatening situations, and so are dealt with that much more=
seriously.

HTH - any more questions, just fire away.
