I would guess that most people would have both products as they are part
of the common X-10 "building blocks".

AM12U

* Handles current of up to 13A
* Latching relay
* Noisy in operation
* Reliable
* Cheaper
* No RF capability
* Unit code changeable

TM13U

* Handles currents of up to 5A
* Non-latching relay
* Quite in operation
* Unreliable (so far)
* More expensive
* Has RF capability
* Fixed unit code of 1

If the Transceiver Module side is not required, I would recommend the
AM12U in preference to the TM13U unless minimum noise is important.
