I think that there is a rule that you should not access Time servers on
internet from more than 2 machines on your network. Instead, you should
install Time server on your network and synchronize local PCs with it.

  There are several freeware/shareware Windoze programs that sync your
  PC's system clock to atomic clocks on the internet.  I'm using this
  on my computers and have been very happy.  Not sure if your computer
  has internet access readily available though.
