Vigor 2600 alegedly does it, but I haven't tried it because I don't use it.
This is from their web site:

Multimedia Support

Routers operating in 'NAT' mode usually prevent users from operating the
full features of multimedia communications programs such Microsoft
Netmeeting(tm) and MSN Messenger(tm) V4.6. The Vigor2600 has special
features to enable users to appreciate the full facilities of these
programs, including voice/video calls and file transfer. There is also
support for ICQ and CuSeeMe

FAQ says this:

How can I use Voice facilities in MSN Messenger or Netmeeting ?

The voice/video features of the latest versions of Microsoft Netmeeting and
MSN are generally incompatible with NAT routers (not specific to the Vigor);
this is mostly down the the H.323 protocol that they use and the randomising
of port numbers ( NAT normally relies on port numbers to keep track of whose
data is whose). Some features of these programs can be made to work by
opening the Vigor's DMZ (see NAT Setup) to a single local PC, but it is not
currently possible to run all features.

But I think that I read somewhere that supports it.

Cheers,
Nik

Netmeeting is a strange one, must NAT solutions won't work with Netmeeting
without setting up the PC as a DMZ, any info anyone has on routers that
support Netmeeting thru NAT without setting the PC up as a DMZ most welcome.

Cheers, Des.
