Phaedrus VIOM: Homeseer Plugin

I was searching the archive and found that Paul Gordon had written a 
Homeseer Plugin for the Phaedrus VIOM.  

I've searched the files section of the UKHA_d Yahoo Group and was 
unable to find it.  Does anyone know where I can get the plugin 
from?  Is it now part of the Homeseer automatic update?  (I
haven't 
looked there yet.)

Can anyone share their experiences with the hardware/plugin?  It 
seems to be an inexpensive way to add digital input and output 
capabilities to Homeseer.
