Alex,
IIRC Comfort (i.e. the alarm people) support / offer an interface for
Smartfit. Maybe they'll be a better source of info than Honeywell. With the
Comfort interface you can control your heating (as well as the alarm and
some HA functions) from a mobile phone, again IIRC :-)
