I've got re-usable velcro tie-wraps where the cables were accessible (e.g. wiring closet), cable ties in other places (under floors etc). If I need to add another cable to a bundle I'll either undo & re-seal the velcro, or simply use a new cable tie around the existing bundle and new cable. I can't be bothered to try & cut off cable ties when they're so cheap !!
