Hi again
In terms of protocol, I really urge people to take a look at SNAP, for the
following reasons.
1) Support already exists for TCP/IP and RS485
2) Code alread exists for PIC, and AVR processors, as well as C, and
windows DLL's
3) It's free
4) I beleive that John Tankard, and Ian Bird are already using it
5) It's well documented
6) There alread exist a large number of projects ofr it including X10 over
SNAP
Sorry to harp on about this but really no point in re-inventing the
wheel.
