Closing Windows Media Player from Homeseer?
All
I've finally got fed up with faffing around with the Wavefinder every night
to
get a decent reception from the London stations, so have got HS dialling up
(in
this case) Heart106.2 for some night time music (this gets me some gold
stars
>from
Basically I run an event that opens an internet connection, browses to
the
streaming page and turns on the speakers in the bedroom for 30
minutes. After
30 mins, the connection is dropped and the speakers turned off, but WMP
displays
an error message saying that the connection is lost, Retry/Cancel.
The annoying
thing is that this error message stops my screen from going into standby,
which
means it's burning a nice error message until I get up the next day and
cancel
it.
So, anyone know how to turn off WMP from a command line? It's XP, WMP
v8.
Thanks, Pete
