Thanks for all the posts guys, I've been out all day and just read them
ALL !

The fact that there are so many different opinions on this, different
ways of looking at it, just shows that if they want to put up a fight it could get very costly.
I am using the address to catch emails so i suppose i am effectively
using the names.

Still not too sure, I'll decide over the weekend.

Sorry to bore anyone on the subject, but it is something that could
affect anyone of us, we all have domain names registered i suspect. Who
knows some asshole company could try the same tactics on you.
Chris was just pointing out....... that i must have the jist,  you'd have thought so, but everyone seems to have different views.
