You can control it and/or program it thru any comms software really.
I'm using it via the mscomm control in vb.

There is some software/manuals for download on their website:

I'm planning to use it to give 2 way control of my lights by attaching
a
light switch to an input (so the ha pc can follow the on/of/dim on the
switch) and then use a 240v relay attached to a relay on the viom relay
board to switch/dim my ad11/ld11 din modules. At least that is if I can
find
a source of relays operated at 5v to 12v with a 240v rated coil at a
reasonable price. Anyone got a supplier/part no?
