OT E-Buyer Customer Service

Just a quick note - Seen many postings about E-Buyer here, and the other da= y
ordered a PC case off them.

The case was one of the nokia style ones - purely as it was the cheapest that fitted my bill.

When it arrived two days ago the top part of the case front panel was
broken - as this was going in the loft I wasnt overly bothered but
left them an e-note on their system asking if I could get a replacement.
This has arrived this morning - a whole new front of the case - no extra charge by the same courier that the whole case was sent by.

Not bad for a transaction that was only =A327 ish including shipping..
