job in which case any head unit capable of manipulating a standard auto
changer
can cope with the MP3 one so i'm told by bloke at sony
Do panasonic do an MP3 changer?? If so might
try
and get one on sale or return and see if it works!
My only other option would be as you say to
yank
the whole thing out and get something different my only problem would be if
the
car got nicked I would be down twice as much money as it's only insured 3rd
party.

2000 Passat (with an adaptor), but MP3

I doubt the Gamma unit has this. On

up side it's nice and easy to swap out
the Gamma for something else, if
you
can be bothered. You could get an MP3 head
unit reasonably cheap,
or
a HU/CD MPŁ changer for a bit more. Annoyingly (for
me) Pioneer
are
about the only ones not doing MP3 changers.
