Hi All
Just a quick update on my Multizone ir system . The main controller board design is finished and boards are ordered ,hopefully will receive the boards late next week... The rx zone board design finished and just received quotation for same so will be ordering rx zone boards soon. I will build 3 complete systems for testing ( providing no stuff ups on pcb designs) one for myself to test and the other 2 for beta testers. At this stage i would say testing would start in around 4 to 5 weeks time if all goes well . Im currently building zone tx splitters while waiting on pcbs .
As stated before i have 2 zones up and running and using scheduled events to turn devices on + off  in both zones . All working ok so far
Every project should have a name and i decided to call mine IR MESSENGER as it basically receives ir tx MESSAGES  from hv and passes them to the appropiate  tx zone(s) and also reports the ACTIVE receiving zone MESSAGE to hv to . Just hope im not using someone elses product name............ more soon
