Touch Screens, well kind of!

These may be a little 'low brow'  
for some people - they are not colour (apart from the backlight) - and
they=
are not exactly high res,

But,  

They are cheap and small and kind of a 'touch screen', - well the whole
screen is a push switch actually.

I've wanted a project to use them on ever since I saw some demonstrated 4
o=
r
5 years ago ( to long ago to remember)

anyway.... Farnell now sell them =A321.00 for 1off qty  and they'd
eas=
ily slip
into a standard 1 gang mounting plate, and you wouldn't necessarily need
to=
use them as a switch, just as a very compact little graphics display.
