You could have water inside the CT125.  This seems to be the most common
problem amongst satellite installations.  Did you put a (weather) seal
around the F-connector at the LNB end?

LNB's do not fail just like that (mine has got a broken plastic cap with a
plastic bag around it to seal it again) and has been working flawless for
the last 3 years.
