Ah, but Mark H has had a leak above his sitting room ceiling - so it will
need replacing anyway -  ideal opportunity, hence us discussing it :)

Since node zero is above the sitting room, we could run from each light and
house the kit there or in the loft above.  CAT5 to the light switches would
be fairly easy to do without a ceiling in the way.

He's a fussy git, besides, he probably didn't install enough CAT5 ;)
