I have posted this to ukha_d as a lot of Meteor users are on line and may be able to advise.

I have Comfort installed and recently bought the Meteor caller ID (UK). The Meteor unit works excellent and detects caller id on first ring.

Prior to installing the Meteor unit, Comfort answered the phone at the set number of rings....

Now with Meteor installed Comfort ignores this setting and will not answer the phone at all. I have tried away mode and alarm off mode. i have tried Justin's Metor plugin for Homeseer and Wave caller id......If the Meteor unit is powered at all (red light on), Comfort will not answer at all...(Comfort is not connected to pc at all)

The Meteor unit has REN=0.

I am using outside 4.114 firmware at the moment (awaiting new firmware to arrive for UCM).

Does anyone have any idea why this occurs, is it something that can be sorted in firmware or other......

Campbell
