I have a TM13U-AH, as a back up. Not used it much so can't tell how reliable
it is.
Only thing I noticed when playing with it was that when set to 'P' for all
house code the built-in appliance socket switched on/off regardless of house
code (e.g. A1 thru P1) when the signal comes via RF (but this may be a
documented feature?).
