You could "steal" and idea from BT as I have, I've used an
air
compressor and a ball of light weight string to run draw sting into
ducts. Simply tie a ping pong ball, or something else that nearly fits
the diameter of the duct and blow air in. Works a treat.
BT Do this for putting fiber in.

Paul

So can we run coax next to CAT 5, speaker wires, and other low voltage
conductors like USB cables etc.
Thanks Guys for all your responses. Jeez you guys are wired.
BTW, I just bought 200 yards of 50mm flexible ducting. Next tuesday
we'll
pour a new concrete subfloor. The ducting is going in and out of Node 0
like
a bunch of huge worms. Mostly they are gonna link strategic points like
The
boilerroom with Node Zero with the Power Distribution Cabinet...
Any ideas about cool stuff I could do with these ducts?
