So can we run coax next to CAT 5, speaker wires, and other low voltage
conductors like USB cables etc.

BTW, I just bought 200 yards of 50mm flexible ducting. Next tuesday
we'll
pour a new concrete subfloor. The ducting is going in and out of Node 0
like
a bunch of huge worms. Mostly they are gonna link strategic points like

boilerroom with Node Zero with the Power Distribution Cabinet...
Any ideas about cool stuff I could do with these ducts?
