Yes.

2) they come with win 95 can install win 2000 on them or win xp ?

You can try, but not enough memory and would be too slow anyway.

3) do you have to use the pen styli or can you use your finger ?

Stylus is best, finger is fine.

4) do they have usb, ps2 keyboard and mouse ports ?
ps2 and mouse.

5) how reliable are they ? are they prone to crashing ?

no more prone than any other win95 machine IME :)
