It's officially my favourite toy (at the moment)...
Not knowing anything about Perl and being very sketchy at HS scripts
can
you let me know how you have done this (possibly post an example script
in the files area on Yahoo)?
I would like it to flash up a message when new email arrives or when
certain X10 events are activated.

Any help much appreciated!

This thing is way cool!

I just set up a bunch of events in Homeseer that control all the
transport 
functions of the SliMP3, and easily push any custom message onto the 
display... Now I can use my SliMP3 as an output display for any
Homeseer

messages I want...

simple!
