Same here and TBH too, I want something that works NOW, not in 6 months
time
when it's all ironed out - strike now whilst the urge is upon me.
I'm sure it'll be a trivial task down the line (programming skills
permitting of course) to write an xAP version of this stuff.
Simple though xAP appears to be (at this early stage) it is in fact,
overkill for this specific requirement.
I like ultimate flexibility etc, but I also like to KISS in the early
stages
at least and get _something_ working rather than designing for every
eventuality and not actually getting anything out the door.
xAP does seem to have a lot of impetus behind it at present so perhaps
results will appear sooner rather than later but still.....
