Yep, again because I suppose some standardisation will be required ?
Optional is fine, hence the comment about "priority 0 is assumed if
the
KeyPair isn't present"

For example I suppose "Fire alarm activated" should have a
priority of
15.

Perhaps specifying that it is Mandatory for all output plugins to have
an action for any item with a priority level of 15 ?

Thus an x10 output plugin, could do "all lighs on" if ANY
prioirty 15
message is seen ?
