Hi Mark,

Just back to things that were discussed last night, since it's clear
that there are some standard KeyNames perhaps we should start to create
a list.

For example, callerID, is refered to in many different ways all of
which
mean the same. Eg CallerID, CLID etc.

Obviously for the input plugin this isn't a problem, but output plugins
could suffer from "code bloat" if you've got to check for each
variation
of exactly the same thing.
