I just thought of something that has changed, emails to the group are 
now moderated and therefore potentially go through another couple of 
hops before being posted. This may well have exceeded whatever limit 
I have in my exchange server. That would explain why you have 
suddenly started getting the failures without me having changed 
anything locally.
