No help, but @least it's not just me :-)
Do you have read receipts on?  Shouldn't be the issue here &
always have had
them on (useful for tracking when your request for an action in work
was
read so u can moan a week later that nowt was done), but is only thing I
can
think of that may be 'unusual' here......
