Tony,
as long as you have HomeSeer Phone installed it will work. However, I don't
think you will be able to have actions performed in HS on Incoming call/caller
id available etc, as this state is determined by HSP and HSP won't know about a
call it if there is no modem.

I will be adding some (optional) virtual devices for incoming/ outgoing calls
etc. So it will be possible to have events triggers by these.
