I have just talked to trading standards about this and they say if we
all get together and take out a joint claim as in the Kodak incident we
MIGHT stand a chance....

I "paid" using my Barclaycard and have spoken to Barclaycard who
said
the transaction has been accepted by them but the payment has not left
the account.

Any comments?

You didn't get this off me it came from a forum if he asks.  He
basically said it was amblestreets fault because of a software error,
he
said worldpay will be de-authing/crediting the cards within 4-5 days.

He did stress that it was an error and they will not be taking funds,
he
said there servers have been overloaded aka why they haven't said
anything.

Basically, spoon feeding me a load of crap. We all knew we weren't
going
to get em anyway!
