Despite trying to order three analogue, two ISDN
and
an ADSL line, BT failed to turn up twice to audit which lines terminate at
which sockets, and when they did, the guy took a brief look around and then
left without doing anything! (Unfortunately I was unavailable to receive
them
at the time, and the chap that was deputising is not the most forceful of
characters).
When I had problems with my ISDN installation
years
ago I found a trouble-shooters department within BT (I think it was the
Managing Director’s office) who got on the case and sorted it out.
Can
anyone help with a contact and fax number?
