isn't that the whole point of capitalism? you live or die by your
actions. if they've messed up, they pay the price (or their insurance
company does if they were wise enough, then they get to fight another
day). of course, i would feel sorry for any staff involved, but you
can't keep incompetent companies going for the sake of employees (no
one
mention the public sector :)
